【参加資格】

UCI 加盟国連盟において本年度有効な競技登録者で、各カテゴリー、種目に該当する年令の者。

ライセンス： 選手受付（ライセンスコントロール）時にライセンスを提示しないものは、競技に参加できない。コミッセールが登録を事前確認済みである競技者がライセンス不所持の場合、ペナルティを付して出場を認める場合がある。この判断は、コミッセールパネルによる。

 

【ライセンス・ポイント】

JCF・JBMXF会員にはポイントを付与する（チャレンジレベル・チャンピオンシップレベル）。但し、JCF・JBMXF登録者のみ。非登録者は該当しません。

 

 【競技規則】 

2020年度国際自転車競技連合(UCI)国際競技規則、公益財団法人日本自転車競技連盟競技 規則および大会特別規則による。

【表彰】 

チャンピオンシップレベル

　男子・女子エリート、男子・女子ジュニア 1～8 位に賞金を授与する。

各賞金額

　男女エリート：1 位 100,750 円、2 位 50,370 円、3 位 25,180 円、4 位 22,030 円 5 位 18,890 円、6 位 15,740 円、7 位 12,590 円、8 位 9,440 円 （予定）

　男女ジュニア：1 位 44,070 円、2 位 22,030 円、3 位 15,740 円、4 位 9,440 円 5 位 6,290 円、6 位 5,030 円、7 位 3,770 円、8 位 2,510 円（予定）

チャレンジレベル

　各クラス、1, 2，3位に賞状と賞品を授与する。

 

【申込・参加料】

申し込みサイトから Web エントリーにて行う。 締切り後の返金は受け付けない。 参加料は競技者 1 名につき、チャンピオンシップレベル 9,000 円、チャレンジレベル 6,000 円、 マスターズ 6,000 円、ダブルエントリー＋3,000 円を申請時に納付する。

 

【アンチドーピング検査 】

アンチドーピング検査は公益財団法人日本アンチ・ドーピング機構(JADA)規定ならびに公益財 団法人日本自転車競技連盟アンチドーピング検査規則に従って実施する。

300 人（役員含む）

 

【観客動員計画】 

3,000 人

 

【注意事項】

（１）参加者は、2020 年度有効な登録証（ライセンス）を受付時に提出すること。 

（２）参加者は、年間を通して賠償責任保険及び傷害保険に加入すること。 

（３）会中の疾病、負傷については、応急処置のほかは参加者の責任、費用負担とする。

（４）参加者は、健康保険証を持参すること。 

（５）申込書、注意事項等は必要に応じ随時JCFサイトに発表する。郵送での注意事項伝達は行わないので各自注意のこと。 

（６）参加申込書に記載された個情報は、資格の確認及び会に係る諸連絡を行うほか、名、年、所属、競技成績、競技歴、写真などをポスター、プログラム、コミュニケ等で掲載する等、新聞社などマスコミ関係各社に情報を提供し、新聞等メディアに掲載される場合がある。 

（７）本会における肖像権は秩父国際大会実行委員に帰属される。 

（８）本大会の成績により、2021年度の強化指定選手選考の参考とする。 

（９）本大会の成績により、2021年度の世界選手権大会出場選手選考の参考とする。

（10）本大会で使用するナンバープレートとサイドゼッケンは2020年度配布された物を使用するものとする。

（11） 新型コロナウイルス等で中止とした場合も天災（台風、大きな地震、雷雨）等の場合と同様にエントリー費の返金は行えません。（2020.02.17追記）
